At Deborah Main Designs, the quality of our pillows and customer service are very important to us. We care about your needs and will be happy to assist you in any way we can. 1. Where are the pillows made? Pillows from Deborah Main Designs are all handmade in our Austin, Texas studio.
2. What do you use for the pillow insert? All Deborah Main Designs' pillows have a feather and down insert.
3. How do I take care of the pillow; do I dry clean it? Each pillow is sprayed with fabric protection to protect it from most accidental spills. You should only spot clean the pillow if absolutely necessary. We do not recommend dry cleaning our pillows.
4. Where can I find your pillows? Deborah Main Designs adds new retail venues all the time. Be sure to check our website "About" page for a complete listing.
4. What is your return policy? Purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery for complete refund if product is in original condition; no returns on custom orders. We want our customers to be completely satisfied, so if you need more time because you are giving the pillow as a gift, for example, please inquire for an extension.
5. What if I purchase a pillow and it is not the right color or it just won't work in the room I had planned for it? Again, we want our customers to be completely satisfied. Please give us a call and we will help you find an alternative for an exchange, or you can get a complete refund within 14 days.
6. What do the pillows come with? Each pillow comes with a detailed description on the back of the collection tag that tells you more about the textiles, trim, ribbon, and jewelry; Rococo Ribbon pillows come with a velum scroll attached. Also, each pillow comes wrapped in acid free tissue in a white gift box.
7. Do you have gift certificates? Yes. Please contact us any time if you would like a gift certificate. We can make one for a specific dollar amount so the person can select the pillow they'd like, or we can make one for a custom order.
8. Do you have a catalog? Yes. Please see our website "shop" to see our online catalog (and don't forget to catch our latest sales!). EAch pillow listed online has 2-3 images with size, cost, and complete descriptions.
9. Are all the pillows one-of-a-kind or can I get more of a particular pillow? Yes, all Deborah Main Designs' pillows are one-of-a-kind. However, in some cases we will have extra yardage of certain fabrics and can create Limited Editions (from approx. 5 to 25 pillows, depending on availability of materials). We also can reproduce a similar style of pillow in a different color or fabric. If you see a pillow you like and you want more, please do not hesitate to ask.
10. Do you sell wholesale? Yes. Please contact our studio directly for pricing and our Wholesale Ordering Packet which will give you complete instructions. You can also purchase wholesale at our Dallas showroom.
11. Can you send sample swatches of fabric and trim? Yes. If you are trying to match the pillow to a room, please inquire for samples. We have hundreds of textiles, ribbon, and trim with most having samples readily available. Just let us know what you need.
12. Can I take a pillow out on approval? Yes. Simply contact the studio directly with the pillow number and we will make arrangements with you. "Out on approval" is generally no more than 2 weeks.
